Collaborative Innovation for European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) 

This workshop will be jointly hosted by European Digital Innovation Hub Bretagne, France and ENTIRE EDIH, Ireland.  

This workshop aims to create a dynamic space for European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) to come together, exchange ideas, and form innovative strategies that address the unique needs of each region’s digital transformation goals. Collaboration is key to reinforcing the EDIH network, and by working together, we can leverage each other’s strengths to create impactful digital services for our regions. 

Why Participate? 

• Foster Collaboration: Strengthen connections within the EDIH network to create a unified approach to digital transformation across Europe. 

• Innovate and Mutualize Competencies: Co-create new services and solutions that address regional and sectoral challenges, and develop inter-regional schemes to gather and share competencies. Where certain expertise or resources might be lacking in one EDIH, others can step in to mutualize these efforts, ensuring all regions benefit from the collective strength of the network. 

• Find Partners and Collaborate: Discover potential partners for collaborative projects, business ventures, experimentation, and pilot testing. By working together, we can create more opportunities for our SMEs at the European level, enabling them to compete and thrive on a larger scale. 

• Learn and Exchange: Develop opportunities for cross-regional exchanges, allowing SMEs and Public Sector Organizations (PSOs) to learn from best practices and experiences in other regions. 

• Impactful Outcomes: Design and promote concrete digital transformation services that will enhance the quality of life in our societies and deliver measurable results. 

Workshop Highlights: 

• Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with peers to generate innovative ideas for new digital services tailored to regional needs and explore how to fill gaps by leveraging the strengths of other EDIHs. 

• Case Studies and Best Practices: Share success stories and lessons learned from different EDIHs to inspire and inform new initiatives, including strategies for competency-sharing and mutual support. 

• Networking and Partnership Opportunities: Build lasting relationships with other EDIHs, opening doors to future collaborations, joint projects, and shared experimentation. 

• Actionable Outcomes: Conclude the workshop with a set of new service concepts and inter-regional collaboration schemes, ready for implementation and promotion by the participating EDIHs.
