About the service |
This service will provide a means for ENTIRE clients to have small numbers of electronic components or systems assembled using assembly techniques such as wire bonding, flip-chip bonding, soldering & encapsulation. The objective will be to assist clients to demonstrate proof-of-concept or to build prototype quantities of novel devise for test & evaluation. |
What to expect |
Tyndall will offer technical advice on the selection of technologies, procurement advice & design support. For the small volume service, build numbers of up to 5 units for proof-of concept purposes will be typical, while for the medium volume service up to 20 units will be possible. |
