The Insights as a Service (INaaS) initiative offers a tailored Test-Before-Invest approach for Public Sector Organisations (PSOs), enabling them to validate ideas and explore opportunities. This service supports PSOs in validating and testing problem statements by uncovering user needs, behaviours, and preferences. INaaS ensures that PSOs can refine problem statements, align with user needs, and test solutions against real-world scenarios. It also supports adherence to Government Design Principles and the Action Plan for Designing Better Public Services, fostering the creation of accessible, user-centred digital services. The result is a comprehensive, bespoke design report that synthesises key insights and offers clear, actionable recommendations, helping PSOs reduce risks and make informed decisions. |
