About the service

Our primary school offering is an engaging, immersive and educational programme which enables students to learn about emerging technology, cutting edge research, and career paths within STEM related fields. The service consists of a two day immersive workshop, where students will be exposed to the technology, real life applications, research experts, and academic experts across thematic areas such as Cyber Security, AR/VR, Trusted Sensor Networks, Space related technology, programming, and AI. The service not only aims to educate and increase technological awareness but also pique their interest in STEM related subjects and help prepare them for a digital future.

What to expect 
The programme will consist of a 2 day workshop, where students will learn about future and emerging technologies. Three different topics will be covered each day and catering will be provided for the students. Additionally, transport to and from MTU will also be made available.

Enhanced digital Skills: Students will develop increased proficiency and awareness around emerging and future technologies.Career promotion: Insights into STEM related careers and university courses will be provided from high level academics within the university.Industry Insights: Students will gather information relating to real-world applications of the technologies being developed and advanced within our research centre.
