Who We Are
ENTIRE European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) is here to help companies and public sector organisations respond to digital challenges and become more competitive. A non-profit initiative, ENTIRE is focused on supporting organisations active in the digitalisation of Life Sciences/Healthtech, Agriculture, Energy and Transport sectors, advancing the exploration, exploitation, and investment by Irish SMEs and public service authorities in the application of intelligent secure IoT sensors, networks, and software.
Our Expertise
ENTIRE brings together the strongest innovation experts in digital technologies from across the southern region of Ireland. ENTIRE EDIH’s strategic mission is to offer the innovation expertise of the Tyndall National Institute in IoT Smart Sensors, Walton Institute at South East Technological University in IoT Networks and HPC, Munster Technology University (MTU) in Cybersecurity, University College Cork (UCC) in Artificial Intelligence, and Skillnet Ireland in SME Digital Skills Onboarding, as well as to broker all necessary technical, business, financial, investment and skills development support services across the value chain. By doing this, ENTIRE supports SMEs, start-ups, and public service organisations in their digital transformation journeys, and enables greater competitiveness and efficiency by leveraging digital technologies in their business/production processes, products or services.
ENTIRE’s region spans nine counties in southern Ireland including the six Munster counties plus Kilkenny, Wexford, and Carlow, which are supported by 10 Local Authorities. The southern region hosts approx. 100,000 SMEs employing over 295,000 people, and 386 multinational enterprises employing over 75,000 people. ENTIRE EDIH is hosted and led by the Tyndall National Institute.

ENTIRE operates through a network of experts and partners, providing tailored services to meet your needs. ENTIRE offers a range of services including Test Before Invest, Skills Development, Support to Find Investment and Innovation & Networking Ecosystem. Your engagement with any EDIH like ENTIRE is funded under your available Di Minimis state aid. ENTIRE can check the status of this for you with Enterprise Ireland. There is no application to complete. And if you are a public service organisation you automatically quailfy.
