About the service |
This service will allow you to meet with the team, discuss the locality in which your PSO is geographically located and its very specific locations of interest (marked on NUT2 map). As part of this service we will consider the census, pobal index and other indicators to investigate and examine what is the geographical location as regards population, communities, industry, enterprises etc. This will enable the PSO to deliver on a digital strategy for the specific geographic location, based on needs and derive information that will enable the PSO to deliver pillars of digital transformation such as digital raining, innovation and digital supports based on the requirements of the community. It will also enable the PSO to seek out further opportunities to assist new entrants and enterprises in their digital transformation. This work is done alongside Service 2a. |

–Locality: what types of digital funding (leader Leos etc) or future EU funds are been offered to SMEs/PSOs in your locality. |

About the service |
This service will allow you to meet with the team, discuss the locality in which your Public Service Organisation (PSO) is located. You will have a greater understanding of what digital strategies are at play to support your decisions in your PSOs (Public Service Organisations) digital positioning to support SMEs (Small or Medium sized Enterprise) and Communities |
What to expect |
– Regional: what stakeholder strategies are published or underway within your region, how do they impact your PSO, Enterprises and communities? Is there a university in your region? What digital is underway there, and how can the universities strategies be leveraged in the PSOs best interest to support new entrants in the region? – National: what are the national challenges and strategies that you need to be aware of to differentiate and advance your PSO in terms of new digital technologies. – EU Strategies: what are the EU challenges and strategies that you need to be aware of that can complement your PSO in the development of new digital strategies and technologies. – Opportunities: By understanding the current state of play within your region and combining this with what is happening at a national and EU level, it will allow your PSO to identify commonalities and gaps in the digital technologies market alongside the needs and strategies of your country and region to position your PSO to support new enterprise in the transformation of their digitisation. |
