About the service |
This service will provide a means for ENTIRE clients to have stress tests carried out on product samples to ensure suitability for their intended end-use environment and to ensure that they will be capable of meeting the end-customer’s expectations. It will also provide a means for clients to demonstrate that their products are capable of meeting the test standards required for certain high reliability markets (e.g. automotive, aerospace, medical and telecommunications). |
What to expect |
Tyndall will offer a range of environmental stress tests including: air-to-air thermal shock testing, thermal cycling, temperature-humidity testing, vibration testing, mechanical shock testing, low temperature exposure, high temperature exposure, vacuum (altitude simulation) & salt mist testing. The standard service will offer the client one of these services which will be carried out to an agreed internationally-recognised test method. The advanced service will offer a sequential multi-stress test programme similar to those used for component qualification for high reliability applications. |

A detailed report of the tests carried out, the results of pre-test & post-test evaluations and the conclusions / recommendations resulting from them. |
