About the service

The Inclusive Innovation Service helps organisations explore, prototype, and evaluate the feasibility of inclusive digital solutions before committing to large-scale investments. By combining user research, rapid prototyping, and strategic validation, the service supports the creation of accessible, user-driven innovations aligned with public interest and digital transformation goals. This service supports the EU’s Digital Decade goals by helping public organisations design inclusive and accessible digital public services. It aligns with ENTIRE EDIH’s mission to foster digital transformation through human-centred and evidence-based approaches.

What to expect 

Participants will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of design experts and will guide PSOs through a structured, user-centred process to:

    • Explore new digital concepts with a focus on inclusivity and user needs
    • Validate desirability and feasibility before scaling
    • Ensure alignment with human-centred design, accessibility standards, and service transformation priorities
    • Generate evidence for investment decisions, policy development, or service redesign
